Presenters:
David W. Moore
President and CEO of Serengeti Resources
Mr. Moore comes to Serengeti after a 30 year career with Teck Cominco, Cominco and related companies, where he participated in the discovery and delineation of mineral deposits in several countries. He brings experience and expertise ranging from grassroots prospecting to international exploration, business management and development, as well as a proven ability to recognize exploration targets of high potential and transform them into successful projects.
Patrick J. Burns
President and CEO of Condor Resources
Mr. Burns is an exploration geologist with more than 25 years experience in Latin America, including 17 years in Chile. Mr. Burns has enjoyed a successful track record highlighted by his direct involvement in the discoveries of the Escondida, Escondida Norte and Zaldivar porphyry copper deposits (and was the first Project Manager of all three) and discovery of the San Cristobal gold deposit. He was also a part of the Sustut deposit discovery team while with Falconbridge in northern B.C. Mr. Burns has significant experience in managing junior resource companies in Latin America and an extensive South American contact base.
Kenneth Leigh, MSc.
President & CEO of Commander Resources
Mr. Leigh has more than 15 years of geological, project generation, management and business experience in Canada and internationally. Prior to joining Commander, he served as a Senior Geologist with Teck Cominco's Exploration Business Development Group focusing on technical, financial and risk evaluations of new advanced resource and business situations globally and providing business development support to the exploration department. Mr. Leigh holds a B.Sc, Geology, from the University of Toronto and an M.Sc., Geology, from the University of Western Ontario.

Donald McInnes
President of Plutonic Power Corp.
Originally from Halifax, Nova Scotia, and a graduate of Dalhousie University, with a B.A. in Political Science, Donald McInnes is the founder and President of Plutonic Power Corporation, a rapidly emerging British Columbia-based renewable hydroelectric power development company. His background is in funding natural resource development through Canadian capital markets including the founding of Blackstone Ventures and Western Keltic Mines. Donald currently serves as a director of the Independent Power Producers Association of British Columbia and the Prostate Cancer Research Association of Canada. He also served as a Director of the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia from 1993 - 2007 and was its first ever non-technical President from 2000 to 2002. He is also a director of the Prospector and Developers Association of Canada and is a frequent public speaker and contributor to the debate on the integration and value of independent power production.
